Stock up for the winter….

SONY DSCHenry Farms currently has beef and pork for sale.  Buy beef by the quarter, half or whole.  The steers are a little over a year old and are of high quality.  Your processing is based on your specification.  How thick do you want your steaks? How many steaks to a package?  Our quarters are split quarters, meaning that you will get all cuts, not just the hind or front quarter.  Click on the “BEEF” tab to learn more about purchasing freezer meat. A quarter beef needs about 4 cubic feet, A half beef needs about 8 cubic feet, and you should plan for at least 16-17 cubic feet of freezer space for a whole beef.

In addition, we have hogs ready to go on September 10th. You can purchase a whole hog or a half of a hog.  Once again, processed to your specifications.  

A whole hog will need about 5-6 cubic feet of freezer space and a half of a hog, about 3 cubic feet.

Winter is a few short months away, and with the price of pork and beef going higher….consider filling your freezer with locally raised beef and pork!!
