Taking order now for beef and pork.  We are taking several steers and hogs to butcher at the end of this month. You can purchase a half or whole hog.  Our hogs weigh between 250 – 300 lbs.  You will be able to customize how you would like your pork processed and packaged.  Cuts available are pork steaks, chops, arm roast, ham, ham steaks, ground sausage, boston butt, bacon, and loin.  Bacon and hams can be smoked or fresh. Order your fresh BEEF, PORK, and LAMB now… Spring will be here before you know it.  We, at Henry Farms, have been taking care of the animals all winter and look forward to providing our community with farm fresh, locally raised beef, pork, and lamb.  You can purchas beef as a whole,  half or as a split quarter.  If you buy a whole or half of a beef, you can choose exactly how you would like it processed.  With a quarter of a beef, the two quarters must be processed the same so they cuts can be equally split between…
