Spring will be here before you know it. We, at Henry Farms, have been taking care of the animals all winter and look forward to providing our community with farm fresh, locally raised beef, pork, and lamb. You can purchas beef as a whole, half or as a split quarter. If you buy a whole or half of a beef, you can choose exactly how you would like it processed. With a quarter of a beef, the two quarters must be processed the same so they cuts can be equally split between the two buyers. We take care of working with the butcher, delivering the beef to the butcher, and picking the meat up for you.
With a quarter of a beef, you will receive:
Ribeye Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, Porterhouse Steaks, T-Bone Steaks, 1 Hip or Round Roast, 1 Brisket, 1 Arm Roast, 2 Chuck Roast, 1 Sirloin Tip Roast, Cubed Steaks, Stew Meat, Short Ribs, Soup Bones, and ground beef (1 lb packages).
Half and whole hogs will be available this January with beef available mid-February.
