We know that food grown on healthy land with sustainable farming is healthy food. We act as stewards of this land, caring for its health to support yours. This allows our customers to deal with us directly from the farm to table.
The four generation Henry family has been farming since 1918. We are proud to grow the food that feeds your families. Thank you for supporting the farm to table movement.
When you buy from us you are dealing directly with the farmer, thus our grains are direct from the farm to table. We grow, clean, process and package the the sustainable and ancient grains we sell on our farm. Our products come in 2 and 6 pound resealable packages. We also wholesale in 50# bags and 2,000 pound poly bags.
Our white popcorn is grown in the hills of glacial tilled soils, created during the last ice age. Our whole grain premium white popcorn was sustainably grown on non-irrigated land with limited inputs. This variety has a very thin hull, good popping characteristics and a distinct sweet flavor. What is unique about our popcorn is that it is direct from our farm to your table from one field and variety. We grow teff grains on our farm, on non-irrigated land using sustainable grain production practices. It all comes from a single field and variety which allows us to deliver a distinct and superior product. Teff is an ancient grain from and can be eaten as a grain or ground into a gluten free flour. Teff can moderate the release of insulin because of its high fiber content.
